Location

Byron Bay is Australia's Most Easterly Point on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Conveniently located close to the major cities of Brisbane (175km north) & Sydney (800km south) the region is accessible to all travellers.

Byron Bay enjoys a year round sub-tropical climate, with an average temperature of 25 degrees. Byron Bay is perfect any time of year.

Getting Here

Air
Domestic flights - Daily at Ballina (30 minutes drive south) and Coolangatta (60 minutes drive north) airports. International flights - via Brisbane airport (two hours drive north).

Train
Countrylink provides a daily service to Byron Bay from Sydney.

Bus
Greyhound Pioneer bus company has a daily service to Byron Bay.

Car
Byron Bay is 6 kilometres from the Pacific Highway and is a key destination of the Pacific Coast touring route. 9 hours drive north from Sydney, 1 hour south from the Gold Coast or 2 hours from Brisbane.

Transfers
Transfers available to airports, train terminal or bus stop for all reservations upon booking. Chaufffeured car or self-drive hire car can also be arranged.

Terms and Conditions
  • All prices quoted include GST.
  • Meals are not included in rates but can be arranged on request.
  • Usual check in time is 2.00pm.
  • Check out time is 11am (late check out/early check in can be arranged depending on incoming guest requirements).
Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking we require a credit card number authorising a deposit of 50% accommodation costs via fax or telephone or we need to receive your deposit into our bank account within 3 working days. We will confirm your accommodation upon receipt of the deposit paid. All Christmas and Easter bookings must be fully pre-paid one month prior to arrival date.

To cancel your booking you must provide us with fourteen days notice in writing to receive a full refund or alternatively we can transfer your booking time to another day. Cancellations for peak season bookings will be charged a minimum of one nights accommodation for the whole house at full rate unless a alternative booking can be secured. All cancellations will incur an $50 administration fee.

Keep in Mind
  • Smoking is strictly outside or on the verandahs
  • Only plastic glasses and plates etc to be taken into the pool area.
  • All food and beverage is BYO unless otherwise requested.
  • All guests are met upon arrival and given a tour of the property covering security, lighting and other important information.
  • The person who makes the reservation will be held responsible for any damage incurred. All damages must be paid for.
  • Management accepts NO responsibility for any items lost or stolen
  • There must be no more people staying in the property than are agreed to at the time of booking your reservation. Please discuss extra requirements with the manager.
  • As Byron Bay Manor is an exclusive and large property the manager from time to time may need to enter the premises. Naturally your privacy will be respected and where possible you will be contacted on your mobile beforehand.
  • Staff including the gardener and cleaners will at times enter the property. Again, you will generally be advised of the times they will be on the property.
  • You are required to ensure the property is respected and cared for.
  • The manager reserves the right to refuse a key, amend rental or immediately terminate tenancy for severe breeches of any of the above conditions. No refunds will be paid on terminated tenancies.
  • The person with whom the reservation is held accepts responsibility for these conditions at the time the reservation is made.
Rates

To avoid disappointment please make your booking as early as possible, peak season is September through April. Rates are based on individual booking requirements.

The Weather is Perfect

Byron Bay's average annual temperature is 25 degrees celsius ensuring a semi-tropical warm climate all year. Winter is June, July and August and we recommend you also bring some warmer clothes during these months (just in case!)
